Yesterday (Sunday) it snowed the entire day. It was the perfect day to try out Ella's new sled. She can sit up very well unsupported so we figured if we pack her up nice and warm it will be fine. We jammed a pillow behind her for comfort and she loved it. She wasn't so sure about the snowflakes hitting her little cheeks, but she was a true wanna be South Dakotan trooper. We only have 3 weeks until South Dakota so we need to start preparing her somehow. I hope next winter it snows as much as it has this winter so we can really take her sledding. Our first winter in Germany we didn't have any snow so for a true Dakotan it has been a great winter.
