Wednesday I spent my birthday going to baby swim with Ella and enjoying 5 different types of cake with my wonderful husband. What more could a girl want? I spent the day remembering my 30th birthday in the German Alps and how much life has changed in one year. A year ago I knew I was pregnant, but I had no idea that such a sweet little girl was growing inside of me. An absolutely WONDERFUL year! To top the cake I finished the evening at my "Rebuild the Pelvic Floor Muscles" class. Nothing like making a girl feel young. I never told anyone all day it was my birthday because sometimes it is just fun to fly under the radar.
