We enjoyed a wonderful weekend June 18th & 19th by hosting a true house party. 12 friends came for the weekend and despite traffic jams, cold/wet weather, and lost Frisbees we had a blast. Master griller Ben made delicious "American Style" ribs, Alex baked us a strawberry cake, and us girls marinated up some vegetable kabobs. It was a feast fit for a king! We played corn hole like true Kentuckians and enjoyed evenings sitting around in the garage when it was cold and rainy. The last picture had me laughing until I cried. We were playing volleyball in the backyard until the ball went missing in the bushes. It wasn't behind the bushes so we assumed it was in the bush. Stefan jumped on Ben's shoulders and sure enough in a matter of a few minutes of combing the bushes the ball was free. The rest of us were on the ground in laughter. Good Times!
We tackled 18 months in India and now after surviving "Life on the Other Side" we have relocated to Germany for a more civilized approach at married life. We don't know where the wind will take us, but we know we have each other and another wonderful opportunity to meet new people and explore new cities.
