At first glance I thought it was an advertisement against cellulite, but then I quickly remembered that the magazine came from Dubai. The U.A.E. is very strict on the viewing of women and doesn't allow revealing clothes or photography on their beaches. It is a very strict country! Can you imagine the employee who gets to take a black permanent marker and cross out all of these pictures? The entire magazine is filled with sex articles and yet the bare buttocks picture is not allowed.
